My main man Macaskill, whom I gave y’all a little sneak preview of late last summer, has been hard at work in his home studio since moving back to Montreal for the school year. On October 16th he will be dropping his first EP entitled “Monsters”, an eerie, conceptual work arriving just in time for this year’s Halloween festivities. Complete with themed tracks, ridiculous wobbles, ear catching melodies and the usual pounding bass (as well as a few surprises I’m sure) this EP will be available for free digital download and is sure to bang the shit outta’ Halloween. Keep your eyes out for this young man and check out some sneak previews of the upcoming release on Soundcloud.

Word on the street is that he and his homies are putting together an independent label of sorts. Stoked to see what comes out of that.
